How do I book my session?

To book your session please send us a message through our contact page with your preferred date and photography package. Please do NOT submit your deposit until we have contacted to verify our availability.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes. There is a $100 non-refundable retainer fee. This fee will automatically be applied towards your session. Should you cancel your session less than 2 weeks(14 days) prior to session date you will forfeit your retainer/deposit.
Your retainer/desposit will not be refunded should there be a need to reschedule at either the photographer or clients request. The deposit will simply go towards your later session. If the photographer needs to cancel your session all together for any reason your $100 will be refunded within 10 business days of cancellation. You will receive an invoice for the deposit upon booking your session. Your session is NOT guaranteed until your deposit has been paid in full.

Do you offer wedding photography?

Yes, but with one small caveat, we only shoot elopements or very small intimate weddings with a bridal party of 4 or less and guest count of less than 50.

Will there be a second shooter?

Occasionally, we will have a second shooter who is either learning or mentoring with us. We never charge for this second shooter if that is the case. The main goal of the second shooter is to help build their portfolio and learn along side us. You will always be informed before your shoot if we will have an additional shooter.

Can I extend the session on the day of my shoot?

No. Unfortunately our session times are predetermined to allow adequate time for your shoot. If you think you will need additional time, please let us know at the time of booking so that we can accommodate your needs. There will be an additional fee for time extended beyond package details.

Do I have to order prints through you?

Yes. All prints must be ordered through our website. We offer quality, professional prints on quality photo papers only available to professional photographers.

Do I receive all my photos digitally when I purchase a session?

We wish to maintain the integrity of your photos and one of the ways we do so it so offer professional printing. Each package comes with a predetermined amount of images sized and rendered for social media sharing only via your complimentary mobile gallery. You are more than welcome to purchase your photos digitally at an additional cost but prints can only be ordered through our website. We will never provide a print release so printing your photos through an outside vendor (Walgreens, Costco, etc) is prohibited as outlined in your contract prior to your shoot.

Why don't I receive all the images from my shoot?

You want your photos to showcase the best possible YOU, right? Well we want that too! This means culling all of the photos (sometimes hundreds) in a session, pulling out the very best images and editing those images to present you the most flattering photos possible. Trust me when I say, you don't want the photos where your eyes were closes or the angle was less than flattering. You will have plenty of images to choose from, we promise!

Real Estate Photography Payments

All payments for real estate photography are due at time of booking. You will be sent and email invoice and payment is due immediately. Your shoot is NOT booked and guaranteed until payment is made in full. Cancellations require 72 hours notice in order to receive a refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your scheduled shoot will not be refunded and will not go towards new date/time.

Where will my shoot be located?

Your shoot location will be discussed at the time of booking. I am based in the west valley and do charge a mileage fee for any locations outside of a 20 mile radius of 85345. That fee is $0.55 per mile and will be due at time of final payment. Approximately 10 days before your shoot.
